使用條款

報名及繳費方式

1. 學員可直接Whatapps 67490835查詢及留位。

2.本公司接受現金，Payme，及銀行過數的方式支付學費。

3.入賬戶口

- 轉數快戶口 : 106902315
– 請保留入數紙
– 上傳入數紙連同姓名及聯絡電話,請Whatsapp 至 67490835 作確認

收到報名資料後，我們會盡快與你聯繫。

4.付款及報名一經確認，將不獲退款，敬請留意。

5. 報名後如需調堂，請於上課日期前7天或以前通知，如距離上課日期少於7天恕不接受任何調動及退款。

6. 課程調動請於2個月內安排，可以選擇同一位老師或其他老師課堂，若學費高於原本課堂補回差價，如課堂學費低於原課堂則不會退回差價。

7. 如果課堂時間表上的時間不合適，歡迎另行預約時間。4人或以上可包堂。

8. 由報名起3天內入數留位， 否則會把位置留給其他同學。將不會另外通知。

課堂條款與細則

1.課堂期間學員不得擅自在課堂內進行錄音及錄影。我們有權要求刪除有關檔案或終止教學。
Students are not allowed to record, filming  in the classroom during the class.
if found, we reserve the right to remove the video or may cause the class suspension.

2.學員如有任何食物敏感，請自行評估是否適合參加相關課程，或向我們諮詢課程食材以作參考，若出現食物敏感症狀，我們恕不負責。
If participant has any food allergies, participant should make your own understanding of the course content and decide whether to enroll even if any allergic reaction have occurred, we will not be held responsible.

3.所有工具或設施如因人為疏忽或故意損壞，須照價賠償。
All damages in cases of intentional and accidental harm, compensate is needed according to the cost.

4.課堂進行期間，請學員請小心保管閣下的私人財物，如有任何損失，寓荍有限公司將不負責。
Please be responsible to keep your personal belongings, Ayu Studio Limited will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.

5. 寓荍有限公司於活動期間之拍照或錄影均有機會作日後中心宣傳及推廣用途，如有不便者請讓我們知釋。
Please inform us in advance if you have any inconvenience in taking photos or videos for future promotion and publicity purposes.

6. 寓荍有限公司在收集顧客於報名時提供之個人資料，均以符合香港法例第486章個人資料(私隱)條例的規定處理。
The personal data provided by the Greenkey during the registration process will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong.

7.所有課程內容均為寓荍有限公司
版權所有，不得轉載、網上分發或非法使用。寓荍有限公司保留相關追究權利。
The copyright of all cooking class content are owned by Ayu Studio Limited. Republication, redistribution or unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited. Ayu Studio Limited reserves the right to take legal action against the aforesaid acts.

8.寓荍有限公司保留隨時修改有關條款及細則之權利而無需另行通知。 如有任何爭議，將以寓荍有限公司之最終決定為準。
All course content is the copyright of the Ayu Studio Limited and may not be reproduced, distributed either offline and online or used illegally. Ayu Studio Limited reserves the right to prosecute.

9.若中文版與英文版的條款及細則不一致，皆以中文版本為準。
In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

惡劣天氣安排
Bad Weather Arrangement

1.如遇上八號或以上颱風或發出黑色暴雨警告訊號，將會取消及延期。學員可在二個月內重新安排之活動時間。
If classes are canceled because of Typhoon Signal No.8（or above) is hoisted or Black Rain Storm Signal is issued,  participant need to reschedule the class accordingly within two months.

2.如八號或以上颱風或黑色暴雨警告訊號於活動進行前4小時除下，活動將照常進行。
Class will resume as normal 4 hours after Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 (or above) has been lowered or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal has been cancelled.

3.有權於上課、活動舉行期間進行拍攝、錄影等一切活動。所有拍攝、錄影等內容均為寓荍有限公司所擁有。我們有權利將該等內容公開作內部檢討或宣傳之用，如不願意出鏡請預早通知工作人員。
Ayu Studio Limited has the right recording video or shooting pictures during classes or actives held. We have the right to make such content public or for internal review and promotional purposes.


寓荍有限公司有權於毋須在另行通知情況下更改條款及細則，及拒絕更換產品的權利；如有任何爭議，寓荍有限公司將擁有最終的決定權。
Ayu Studio Limited. has the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice, and has the right to refuse to replace the product; if there is any dispute, Ayu Studio Limited. will have the final decision.
